I Met Chris Golden at SXSW Who Used to be with the Oak Ridge Boys
While working our company booth at the SXSW trade show I met a very nice man named Chris Golden. Turns out he used to be with the Oak Ridge Boys. I was embarrassed that I didn’t know who he was, but grateful that I at least knew who the Oak Ridge Boys were. Thank goodness he wasn’t offended. He was actually a very humble man. I wish I had my picture taken with him, but I didn’t even think about it because we were having such a nice conversation.

I went to Chris’ website and posted a message that it was nice to meet him. He was very kind and personally responded with the following message:
“Hello Jerri, thanks for stopping by. It was nice meeting you as well. It was my first SXSW experience, and I only wish I’d been able to check out the whole festival instead of the quick run-through like I had to do. We were only there for a few hours to do the TV taping, and had to leave soon after to make a show in Lancaster, PA. Looking forward to the next time.
